Rachel and Carlos
How We Met
While trying multilevel marketing Carlos attempted to recruit Rachel for his business team but she recruited his heart instead. Ever since the first day he met her, Carlos knew Rachel was the one. Rachel didn’t even give Carlos a chance to explain before he felt in love with her!
How He asked
After coming up with a master plan along with the amazing planner, Irma Green, Carlos invited Rachel to San Francisco, where he planned to have a romantic photo shoot. It was a dream of Rachel’s to have her photo taken at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF. Carlos strategically planned to have some “major issues” come up, so he would not be able to travel with Rachel to SF from Bakersfield. Carlos encouraged her to invite her family to come along for a “fun weekend getaway to the city” even though Carlos was “unable” to make it on time.
Carlos asked Rachel to continue with the plans and meet the photographer in the front of the hotel and he would drive her to the photo shoot location. Instead a private driver picked her up and dropped her off at the proposal site. As Rachel entered the car she finds a letter giving her insight something was about to happen. When she was dropped off on location she encountered a second letter telling her where to go.
She continued her walk into the Grand Rotunda…and she sees Carlos standing in the center of a flower circle with a string duo playing her favorite love song. By this time, Carlos and Rachel were surrounded by hundreds of people, waiting in anticipation… Immediately after Carlos proposed, asking Rachel to spend the rest of her life with him, she said YES and made Carlos the happiest man on Earth!
At that very moment, the crowd erupted in loud cheers and the excitement grew as the strings began to play louder and louder. There wasn’t a dry eye in the Rotunda… It was magical!
